We currently ship only within the US.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the US.

Order Processing & Transit Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (UTC-7), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Time: 4 - 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for deliveries within the US.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 - 10 business days.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for order shipments.

The shipping carrier for each order may vary based on the shipping address, package size, order requirements, and carrier service availability.

Tracking Your Order: You can track your package directly on our website via our tracking page, or by using the tracking number on official carrier websites. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Currently, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@shellcraftart.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
